2005
EXPO 2005 AICHI JAPAN held in Aichi pref., was the first full size world expo in 21st century. It was matched with opening of Chubu Centrair International Airport (Centrair), which made the Expo as crossover business. We, Sanrio Far East, undertook core roll of those success.

2006
In 2006, Japan hosted the FIBA World Championship for the first time, and Sanrio Far East was appointed as the master licensee for this project. We had made great success in merchandising and retail through 5 venues across the nation.
